Guillaume has led the development and operation of infrastructure projects for over 25 years across the transportation, energy, power, water, and maritime port sectors, with a particular focus on emerging markets. He has overseen projects from inception through engineering, financing, and operations in more than 30 countries and has served on corporate boards across Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. After leading the Global Engineering Division and the group-wide Capital Expenditures function at the International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), Guillaume co-founded Prime Infra in 2017, where he currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member. He also serves as President of the Prime Infra Foundation.
